LearnGlobe’s leadership and governance approach is intended to align the organization’s mission with sound decision-making, responsible use of resources, learning quality and the needs of the people and partners it serves.
Leadership
LearnGlobe was founded by Mfon Okon. The founder and leadership team are responsible for developing the organization’s direction, building collaborations and ensuring that programmes and services remain aligned with the mission.

Programme and operations
Coordinate programme design, delivery, participant support and operational quality.
Technology and digital delivery
Support learning technology, platform reliability, data protection and digital experiences.
People, finance and administration
Support team operations, financial stewardship, recruitment processes and administrative controls.
Governance principles
Governance practices should be appropriate to the organization’s legal structure, obligations, stage of growth and partnerships. Publicly identifying a board or formal oversight body should only happen once its composition and mandate are confirmed.
Integrity and accountability
Use clear responsibilities, honest communication and records of key decisions.
Responsible stewardship
Manage programme resources and partner commitments with care.
Privacy and safeguarding
Handle personal information and participant issues through suitable processes.
Learning and improvement
Review performance, listen to stakeholders and act on findings.
Partnership and programme accountability
For collaborations, scope, responsibilities, safeguarding and monitoring arrangements should be agreed in writing before delivery begins.
